For years, I lived in patterns I didn't even realize I was choosing.
I carried fear, shame, and everyone else's expectations as if they were truth. I tried to keep the peace and be what everyone needed, until I could barely recognize myself. And if I'm being honest, some days I didn't.
I felt unworthy, responsible for everyone's happiness, and quietly exhausted behind an "I'm fine" mask.
Then I heard a phrase that cracked something open in me:
"You're Not Broken."
I didn't believe it at first. But that moment sparked questions that changed everything:
What if I'm not the problem?
What if I'm not broken, and I really can be loved?
That curiosity led to my transformation. I uncovered the beliefs, fears, and energy drains keeping me stuck. I rebuilt from the inside out, reclaiming my worth, my truth, and my power.

What does a coach do and how is it different from therapy?
As a coach I partner with you to reach your goals and create the changes you want in your life. Our work is forward focused. I listen fully, without judgement, without trying to '"fix" you (you are not broken), and without an agenda, so you can hear yourself more clearly and take meaningful action.
Therapy often focuses on healing the past.
Coaching focuses on who you are now, where you want to go, and the steps that will get you there.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or want more clarity and direction—coaching can help. Coaching is for anyone ready to grow and take ownership of their life.
How long before I see results?
Many clients start seeing results within a few sessions. Real change builds over time with consistency and commitment.
What happens during a session?
You bring the topic. Together we explore what's happening, what you want, and what might be getting in the way. I show up with curiosity and presence, asking questions to help uncover your own insights.
I work as a thought partner, not a fixer, offering reflections and observations with your permission.
Most clients leave with greater clarity, awareness, and a sense of their next steps. Each session builds, supporting your growth in a sustainable, empowering way.
Do I have to talk about my past?
No. Only if it's affecting your present, we may need to touch on your past. We won't stay there—we will only use it to help you move forward with more awareness.
"Coaching is too expensive"
I get it—money is tight when you're overwhelmed. Though staying stuck in the same cycles costs you energy, peace and time you can't get back. Coaching is an investment in breaking free, not just coping.
"I 'should' be able to do this on my own"
That's a heavy load to carry. You have done your best—but you do not have to keep doing it alone. Real strength is letting yourself be supported.
"What if nothing changes?"

2. Unlearning what is not yours. The patterns you've inherited-rules, expectations, silent burdens-they're not who you are. They are learned. Together, we unpack them to make space for what's authentic, healthy, and true to you.
3. Healing is rooted in courage. Healing is not perfect—it's honest. We do the real work, guided by empathy and trust, so you can rebuild from the inside out.
