FAQS
What does a coach do and how is it different from therapy?
Coaching helps you move forward by focusing on where you are now and where you want to go. Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching is about action, awareness, and creating change.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or want more clarity and direction - coaching can help. Coaching is for anyone ready to grow and take ownership of their life.
How long before I see results?
Many clients start seeing results within a few sessions. Real change builds over time with consistency and commitment.
What happens during a session?
You bring the topic. We will talk openly about what's going on, what you want, and what's holding you back. I will show up with curiosity, working as a thought partner and offer observations, with your permission. You will leave each session with more clarity, tools and next steps.
Do I have to talk about my past?
No. Only if it's affecting your present, we may need to touch on your past. We won't stay there - we will only use it to help you move forward with more awareness.
"Coaching is too expensive"
I get it - money is tight when you're overwhelmed. Though staying stuck in the same cycles costs you energy, peace and time you can't get back. Coaching is an investment in breaking free, not just coping.
"I 'should' be able to do this on my own"
That's a heavy load to carry. You have done your best - but you do not have to keep doing it alone. Real strength is letting yourself be supported.
"What if nothing changes?"
That fear is real! And something is already changing if you have made it this far. Change is inevitable and with honest support and real tools, growth does happen.
"I don't have time"
I hear you - when life feels full and nonstop, it's easy to push your needs aside. But not making time for yourself keeps the cycle going. The decision to prioritize you will stop wasting time in unproductive cycles.
You're Not Broken. My approach combines the lessons I've lived, with the insights I've learned - and together, we will turn awareness into action.
Awareness is the first step to freedom. You can not change what you do not see - and once you do, you can decide what you want to do with it.
You are not your patterns. The cycles you are stuck in are not who you are - they are just what you've learned. And they can be unlearned.
Healing is not perfect - it just has to be honest. You do not need to have it all together to begin. You just need the courage to show up.
